岗位要求:

1、本科及以上学历(能力突出者不受学历限制),专业不限 。 

2、5年以上运营总监、生产厂长相关工作经验;拥有丰富的生产管理、成本控制、质量管理、物流管理等相关的经验。


需具备能力: 

战略分析能力、组建及整合团队的能力、计划与执行能力、决策能力、领导能力、语言表达能力,逻辑性、创新能力、沟通协调能力、团队合作精神。


岗位职责:

1、能根据公司整体发展策略、业务需要及市场发展情况,制定符合公司发展的服务战略 。

2、根据既定的服务战略制定有利于公司业务快速发展的服务模式,制定工作计划,并组织实施服务运营

3、服务物料供应链管理,根据服务需要,进行服务资源(物料)的预测、计划、申请采购、储备。

4、库存管理,控制呆滞库存,降低库存管理成本。

5、全面统筹和规划公司的生产运营管理。 

6、组织制定并监督实施公司的整体生产运营战略;确保完成全年生产经营目标。 

7、结合现阶段资源与人员,创建专业化的运营管理团队。 

8、建立健全各项生产运营管理体系、制度、流程(成本管控体系、收运体系、生产体系、质量体系、设备维修与管理体系、物流仓储、配送支持体系)。 

9、随时掌握生产状态,协调公司内部之间的沟通与合作,及时解决运营过程中的重大问题及难题。



职位二、某日企诚聘总务部课长或课长候补

薪金范围:8000-12000元/月税前+奖金2-4个月


岗位要求:

1、男女不限,30岁-35岁之间

2、大学本科毕业,实际从事人事工作5年以上(有人事统括或策划工作经验者优先)

3、日语国际能力测试N1或者BJT J1以上(有一定英语基础者优先)

4、能熟练操作WORD、EXCEL、POWERPOINT等办公软件

5、热爱人事工作,能够直面课题,主动做到沟通协调

6、身体健康,性格开朗,工作认真负责,责任感强,具有团队合作精神


岗位职责:

1、参与中国区HR策划及运营,配合领导完成中国区各生产、开发、销售公司的人事统括工作

2、熟悉了解人事相关法律法规及政策,及时收集、分析并反映到公司内部相关规章制度

3、中国区各公司跨不同职能部门的共同培训计划的制定和实施

4、人事部门相关其他事务

岗位要求:

1、College degree or above with finance or accounting major;

2、At least three years’ experience in financial management field.

3、Capability to handle overall financial/accounting work.

4、Good persuasion and communication skills, and be firm in professional standing

5、Efficient and hard working with good team spirit; good responsibility.

6、Good command of English; Skilled accounting ERP system and Microsoft Excel / Word


岗位职责:

1.Responsible for the comprehensive financial work, include: 

2.Check the daily accounting vouchers and GL vouchers, ensure the accounting treatment is correct and in accordance with CAS definition and required by local regulations. 

3.Ensure the compliance upon sufficient supporting documents are in line with local regulation and internal finance policies. 

4.Check monthly and yearly financial statements, assure the preparation of financial statements is in conformity with CAS. 

5.Check related tax declaration and prepare individual income tax, ensure all tax are compliance with PRC tax regulations. 

6.Full support with month or year end closing audit and others; 

7.Meet all deadline for monthly/quarterly reports and year end closing, so that to well support reporting system for regular closing. Prepare yearly budget and financial analysis. 

8.Liaise with bank; tax authority; external audit firm and other administration offices; help solve related issues.

9.To communicate with responsible department for monthly expense accrual and make correct posting in ERP system.

10.Keep good communication with headquarters relating to financial work, human resources and administration work.

11.Assist general manager to handle the human resources work, including the personnel recruitment; 

12.Assist general manager to manage the administration and IT’s management work.

13.Assist to handle some trading issues and business contracts execution.

14.Perform other task and duties assigned by general manager.

职位要求:

1.Minimum bachelor degree in business, economics, or equivalent

2.Minimum five years experience in human resource management

3.Fluent in English

4.Very good knowledge of MS Office – and further electronic data processing skills as a plus

5.Having strong managerial skills and willingness to overcome challenges

6.Open minded, trustworthy, and flexible in different work approaches

8.Willingness to travel to Tangshan on a regular basis
